SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING INFORMATION

There is FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING via USPS or UPS on all USA domestic orders.

We do ship internationally, to Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, The UK, and some countries in Europe. If you are outside of these regions, please check back or contact us, as we are working on expanding our shipping regions. For international shipments, we use USPS, UPS, or Fedex International Shipping, and we charge a flat rate of $15 to Canada, $30 to Australia, Japan, and Hong Kong, and $25 to Europe and the UK. If you would like to insure your shipment, please contact us before placing your order, as it is an additional fee for insurance. 

Please be aware that you may be charged customs fees upon arrival. Those fees are set by your home country as per import and export regulations set by them and the carrier, and ASc has no control over those fees. Anna Slevin Collection is not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur. Please contact your local customs office to inquire about the customs fees on your shipment. Additionally, should you refuse to pay the customs fees, and therefore, your package is returned to us, we will deduct any shipping/duties/customs fees that were charged to us in the return from your refunded amount. We will do our best to track down lost packages for you, but we do not issue refunds due to lost packages. Additionally, we do not refund for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. We will do our best to track down lost packages for you.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days of purchase. For international shipments, please allow 10-14 business days for receipt, to account for international delivery, though we cannot guarantee this timeline. Should you need to rush your order, please contact us, and we can work with you to properly prioritize your order and discuss possible faster shipping methods. 

Anna Slevin Collection does NOT process your payments; they are processed by Stripe or PayPal, depending on your selection. Before making a purchase, please visit the Stripe or PayPal site to review their policies regarding how they handle your credit card and other important information. Please see our Terms and Privacy Policy for further explanation of our policies regarding payment processing and your privacy. 

RETURNS

We offer FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES of brand new, unworn items with tags attached within 7 days of the delivery date for domestic orders. Returned and exchanged items must be in the original new condition, not altered in any way, with the tags attached.  Should the item not meet the return policy requirements, Anna Slevin Collection reserves the right to deny a refund. Please contact us to start the return or exchange process. Once your return is received and approved by us, your refund will be processed.

For international returns, please know that we cannot refund the taxes, duties, or shipping costs that may be associated with your order. We also will deduct a flat rate of $15 for shipping for international returns.

Regarding face coverings, neckpieces and custom orders, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for those items. 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded; all sale items are final sale.
